Peak season rules

From November to January we work with twice as many people on the floor. These rules keep new colleagues safe from their first hour.

Before the first shift

• Every temporary colleague gets a buddy from the permanent team for the first three shifts.
• A short floor walk shows pedestrian lanes, emergency exits and the first aid points.
• High-visibility vests in orange mark colleagues in their first week.

Extra shifts

• No more than two extra shifts per week per person.
• Take a 15-minute break after every two hours of picking.
• Team leads check fatigue at the start of every night shift.
